ORDER POLICIES:

Payment/Deposits

Once an order is received and approved, 50% deposit due upon invoice receipt and remainder of invoice due 2 weeks prior to due date, deposit is NONREFUNDABLE. Payment of deposit is the ONLY WAY to secure your order on my calendar. Failure to pay deposit may result in your order no longer being able to be fulfilled. Failure to make final payment on time may also result in order not being completed or not completed on time and deposit will NOT be refunded. NO REFUNDS less than 2 weeks from due date. If order request is less than 2 weeks away, total amount is due up front with no refunds. If you opt to pay in full up front, 50% of payment is kept as non-refundable deposit if order is cancelled. Rush fee MAY apply for orders less than 2 weeks from due date. You will receive contact within 12 hours to discuss order for final approval. Order is NOT guaranteed until payment is received. Processing fee surcharge added to all orders.

Notice/Rush Fees

Please give a 2 week notice when possible on all orders. Rush orders requested less than 2 weeks out are subject to a rush fee. Rush fees begin at $40 and go up depending on timeframe given and size and complexity of order requested.

Packaging

All cookies will come individually heat sealed and labeled with ingredients. Cupcakes will have an ingredient label on the containers.

Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Frosted Pink reserves the right to cancel the order with appropriate lead time. Performance of this agreement is contingent upon our ability to complete the Agreement and is subject to labor disputes or strikes, accidents, Acts of God, and other causes beyond our control. Sometimes, things are out of our control.

Care and Handling

We are not responsible for any damage to your custom order after it has left our hands. You are responsible for providing a safe and appropriate environment for your custom order.

Fulfillment

All fulfillment details will be worked out before purchase and are included in the total purchase price.

Photography and Marketing

We reserve the right to use photos and videos of your order at our discretion without compensation.

Allergens

The product may come into contact with my shop-wide allergens, and other allergens. You are responsible for notifying anyone enjoying your custom order of this risk and we cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions.

Disclaimer

Please note that I can NOT do exact duplicates of someone else's work due to my artistic hand being different from another person. There may be color variances for logos and matching colors to other objects. I will make every effort to get as close as I can to something, but no guarantees.

These baked goods are created under the Florida Food Cottage Laws in a home kitchen, not subject to food license requirements.

Pick Up Required in Parrish OR Prearrange Delivery for additional $30 fee within greater Bradenton/Sarasota area (40 miles max) - additional $1 per every 2 miles over 40 miles

Repeat Customers receive 10% future orders. Can not be combined with other specials being offered.
