Founded by Alicia Cardin, a lifelong artist at heart and passionate decorator, Frosted Pink is where sugar cookies become edible works of art, cupcakes celebrate life’s sweetest moments, and community always comes first.

Alicia is more than a baker—she’s a wife of 25 years to her husband Tom (retired veteran), a proud mom of three incredible boys (plus two amazing daughters-in-loves), a homeschooling mom turned entrepreneur, and a Christ follower whose faith guides both life and business. Born and raised in Indiana, she spent 15 years in Texas as a military wife before relocating to Parrish, Florida, in 2020—just after the world changed. It was here, in the heart of Manatee County, that Frosted Pink truly came to life.

From whimsical birthday sets to custom logo cookies for local businesses, Alicia pours her creativity, faith, and fierce attention to detail into every order. Her work has earned awards at national shows like Cookie Con, recognition as Bradenton’s Best Cupcakes (2024 & 2025), and most recently, Manatee Chamber’s Small Business of the Year. She also gives back generously, partnering with nonprofits like Feeding Empty Little Tummies, Friends of Manatee County Animal Welfare, and Big Bank Theory—because serving her community is just as important as decorating the perfect cookie.
