Please fill out this questionnaire if you are interested in booking a private decorating class. There is a minimum of 8 paid seats/attendees. Maximum of 12 seats if held at my location. Can accommodate larger number of attendees if your location has the space. Suggested age 8yr+.

All supplies provided for class.

Refreshments are the responsibility of the person booking the class. Frosted Pink will not provide refreshments.

PRICES:

$55 per person for 2 hr class with 4 cookies and 1 cookie cutter

$65 per person for 3 hr class with 6 cookies and 1 cookie cutter Deposit of minimum of 8 seats to hold date/time. Deposit is NONREFUNDABLE. Payment for additional seats will be collected 48hrs in advance.
